But after just eight shows, Shawn abruptly decided to postpone the tour for three weeks in order to focus on his mental health.
On July 27, Shawn informed his fans that he had decided to cancel the tour all together, citing ongoing issues with his mental health.
Late last year, the Stitches singer split from his girlfriend of two years, music artist Camila Cabello.

Shawn opened up about moving on from the 25-year-old singer during an April 2022 appearance on SiriusXM’s Morning Mashup.
“I think a lot of it was about giving myself a lot of grace, you know, and not being too hard on myself about feelings and the kind of I’m Good pics and I’m good pics. I’m no good,” the star explained.
He added that a ‘huge’ breakthrough for him was realizing that he was supported by so many people in his life and that he no longer had ‘to put all my, you know, difficulties on one person’. .

While promoting the family film, he revealed on Good Morning America that he signed on to make a film in hopes of entertaining children.
