Christopher McQuarrie could consider moving from Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning to a project in the DC Universe movies only if a certain actor is present.
The long date Impossible mission the director reacted to a Tweet asking if he would direct James Gunn’s new film Superman prequel or any future DCU film, writing “James and I have no ability to collaborate until we are each done harnessing the unimaginable power of Pom Klementieff.” In turn, McQuarrie’s Tweet received a three-hearted comment from the guardians of the galaxy The Mantis actor, who currently has an unknown role in the director’s latest installment coming to the MID franchise, Dead Reckoning part one.

Ever since he and Peter Safran were named co-CEOs of DC Studio, Gunn has sparked controversy online for removing established DCEU movies and actors from his upcoming universe.
