Stephen Colletti confronts Kristin Cavallari for cheating on him: ‘I’m a horrible person’

In the new episode, the couple talked about an episode from the second season of the MTV show in which Kristin told a friend she could spot a cheater after she cheated on Stephen herself while they were dating.

“I want to break up our relationship and the cheating. Because clearly in Season 2 I do everything, I make it look like I was cheating on you all the time, I played you, all that stuff,” Cavallari said. “Here’s what I remember…because everything I did will be mine. I don’t remember cheating on you.”

“I know we had talked about maybe I did it with Talan [Torriero]”, she continued. “I don’t remember that I cheated on you, but I’m going to give you this, because I clearly make believe that I did. Other than Talan, I don’t think I cheated on you with anyone else.”

Cavallari said she didn’t even know who she might have been cheating with, as Stephen “probably would have found out” if it was someone else in town. She also believed that “part of me was me playing with it” cheating because she thought it was a “cool” thing to do at the time.

“Maybe I cheated on you with Talan, but other than that, I don’t think I cheated on you with anyone else,” she added, as Stephen exclaimed , “Wait, you cheated on me with Talan?”

“Well, I don’t think I did, but you did. And I guess you remember more specifically,” she replied…before Colletti started calling her, d’ other times she jumped on it.

“There are a few cases that I remember, and those guys’ names weren’t Talan,” Stephen said. “So tell me, I’m more than willing to admit this now, I’ve all blacked out my memory,” Cavallari replied.

He then named one of his colleagues whom she then managed to kiss, before recalling another instance where he woke up after passing out in his car and walked into a party where she was “hanging up “with another guy. “We got into a huge fight! said Colletti.

“Oh my god, I was a horrible human being,” exclaimed Kristin, as Stephen said the second incident led to a huge confrontation where Cavallari’s brother thought Colletti had gotten hold of her.

“He thought I hit you, which never happened,” Stephen said, while Kristin added, “Never.” He said Kristin’s brother “punched me in the face”, leaving him with a bloody nose.

“I’m a horrible person. I’m so sorry. I’m appalled by what I’ve done, honestly,” Kristin told her, as he gave her some slack by adding, “Decision making for a lot of people at that age is very questionable.”

“What the fuck is this man. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. This is crazy shit,” she added. “I’m not proud of any of that, that’s probably why I erased it from my memory.”

In a previous episode of the same podcast, Stephen also pushed back against speculation that he previously cheated on Kristin with Lauren Conrad during the show’s first season. He criticized the show’s editing for creating a timeline that didn’t really exist.

“I had a huge problem with that because obviously they created this show around this love triangle and there were times when you and I were separated,” he explained. “And they had learned that Lauren and I were dating and we were really good friends and, you know, obviously, things happened at times, but at no time, whenever we were together, would I ever do you a step forward in this way.”

Although Stephen admitted they were “definitely messy at times”, he expressed frustration at not having a way to grapple with the elaborate storylines in the series as it aired. “You get the tapes three days before they air and there’s nothing you can do about it. You don’t have publicists back then, you can’t bullshit —. You were so helpless,” he said. -he adds.
