I got this thing called vestibular hypofunction, basically your balance goes downhill,” Varun said in an interview with India Today Mumbai Conclave 2022. Later Monday night, in a series of tweets, the actor shared an update on his health and thanked his fans for their care and love.
“To everyone who has been affected, I would like to say that I am doing much better with the help of yoga, swimming, physio and a change in lifestyle,” he wrote. Varun also spoke about the importance of sunlight during recovery. Let us understand what this condition is.

Vestibular hypofunction is a condition that affects an individual’s balance. It happens when the inner part of the ear, which is also part of your balance system, isn’t working properly. As a result, the patient experiences dizziness. Common symptoms include dizziness, vertigo, nausea, and poor balance. Some may also find it difficult to walk in crowded places.
