by 2022 has passed in the blink of an eye and as we head into the final weeks of the year, we’re still treated to some fantastic games to enjoy on Switch.
It’s not the busiest holiday season we’ve ever seen, but November and December still have plenty of games to check out. Below is a curated selection of titles, plus many more games and accessories that will be launching over the next couple of months. Browse and see if anything appeals to you!

Square Enix’s latest life-simulation RPG, Harvestella is coming exclusively to the Switch console on November 4th.
This one lets you tend to your crops, make friends, take on enemies in “dynamic” combat, and more while exploring the game world through the seasons. However, perhaps the most intriguing part of all is the game’s underlying plot, in which you’ll be tasked with unraveling the mystery of “Quietus”, the Season of Death. Yup.

One of the most intriguing Sonic titles in quite a while is coming to Switch very soon, as Sonic Frontiers launches on the system on November 8th.
With an all-new ‘open-area platforming’ system at its heart, along with a sophisticated combat system and skill tree to contend with, Frontiers takes Sonic in a rather different direction than we’re used to. He’s stranded on an ancient island and is looking for the missing Chaos Emeralds, but you’ll have to help him deal with hordes of enemies as you explore the game’s five islands to find them.

Making us feel even older than we already do, Pokémon Scarlet & Violet introduces the franchise ninth generation on November 18.
This time around, Trainers are invited to explore the all-new region of Paldea, discovering new people and Pokémon along the way. Promising a “sprawling land of vast open spaces” to discover, the new games appear to be heading in a more modern direction, allowing players to move back and forth freely between three different story routes and even take on all eight Gyms spread out In the region. in any order. Yes, on December 9, Square Enix is expected to release Dragon Quest Treasures. The game stars Erik and Mia from Dragon Quest XI – well, young versions of the pair to be exact – and is set in the mysterious land of Draconia. Expect to race across open fields, scale cliffs, and slide over gaping chasms to seek out this titular treasure.
Erik and his sister Mia live on a Viking longship, dreaming of the day when they can explore the world in search of great treasure. One night, they encounter a pair of otherworldly creatures, Porcus and Purrsula, and are taken to a mysterious place known as Draconia – a legendary land full of treasures just waiting to be discovered. The adventure Erik and Mia have always dreamed of is finally underway!
An HD remaster of the Final Fantasy VII prequel, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is coming to Switch on December 13th.
This new remaster features all new HD graphics, renewed 3D models, an improved combat system, fully voiced English and Japanese dialogue, and a newly arranged soundtrack by original composer, Takeharu Ishimoto.
