Sam Blakeman of Coronation Street has a secret exposed by Hope

coronation streetSam Blakeman is about to have his big secret exposed by Hope Stape, namely that he is still in contact with his mother’s killer.

In dramatic episodes airing next week, Tyrone Dobbs punches Nick Tilsey in the face when Nick forbids his son Sam from spending time with Hope.

Sam had comforted Hope after a newspaper published an article detailing her dark family history.

After seeing what happened between Tyrone and Nick, Sam tells Hope the whole incident when they passed each other in the school hallway.

Meanwhile, Adam tells Fiz and Tyrone that maybe they could get a confidentiality injunction against the reporter who manipulated Hope into giving information about her late serial killer father, John Stape.

Later, Hope reveals that she knows all about Tyrone punching Nick, before turning on Sam and claiming he’s not the golden boy he claims to be.

Fiz tells Nick that, according to Hope, Sam is still writing letters to Harvey, his mother Natasha’s killer.

Furious that his son lied to him, Nick has a big argument with Sam. Will Sam finally give up contacting Harvey?

Previously speaking about the big Nick and Tyrone fallout, actor Alan Halsall explained that Tyrone has a hard time expressing his emotions calmly, as he only knows how to lash out.

Halsall said: “Tyrone is not a violent man and he mentions that throughout.

“He’s been on the wrong side of violence too many times throughout his life, so it’s a real frustration he feels.

“It’s the lack of knowing what to do in these situations that makes him go wild and he’s frustrated with not knowing what the best way forward is.”
